The hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to choose from. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearby tourist attractions, which was a great way to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. The New Year's Eve party hosted by the hotel was a lot of fun, with great food and a lively atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The beds weren't the most comfortable, and the pillows were too soft for my liking.

There was no hot water in the room for an hour or more and I had to dial the reception several times to get them solve the problem.

We loved the hotel's location which was not far from the city center and had a beautiful view of a small pond. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The decor was impressive and surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed the tasty dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. This city provided us with a great experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

The location is decent, with a small park nearby and easy access to the city center. the decor is a nice touch, especially when compared to some other chain hotels. the rooms are impeccable and incredibly affordable.

The staff clearly lack basic English language skills, leading to communication problems, and there does seem to be some inconsistency with the hotel's registration policies.
